North Hills Museum |
This small wood-framed house overlooking the Annapolis Basin was once the Rumsey farm and then the Amberman house before Robert Patterson, a retired banker, purchased it, named it North Hills, and filled it with his collection of English furniture, ceramics, silver and Georgian glass. When he died in 1974 Patterson bequeathed both the house and its collections to the Province. Visitors will see many fine examples of oak, mahogany and walnut furniture, 18th- and 19th-century English porcelain and 18th-century glass. North Hills is operated by the Historic Restoration Society of Annapolis County for the Nova Scotia Museum. |

Greenwood Military Aviation Museum |
We house permanent and temporary exhibits that reflect the history of units that have called Greenwood home. The permanent displays encompass the early formation of the base in 1942 and proceed through the Lancaster, Neptune, Argus and Aurora eras. The history of Greenwood’s present day squadrons: 14 AMS, 404, 405, 413, 415, 434 and 14 SES are proudly displayed in a special area set aside for the squadron historians. Special theme exhibits are featured from time to time to provide our return visitors with something different. For aviation collectors or someone looking for a special gift, our gift shop offers books, flags, models, posters, shirts, quality prints, patches and more. |

Fort Anne |
Fort Anne is located in the town of Annapolis Royal on the oldest town street in Canada. It's a place to step back in time and to feel the wind on your face blowing down over the green grassy hills. The fort is a huge attraction by it's own right, but the grassy hills and other structures surrounding the grounds are worth a bit of exploration as well. |

Port Royal |
A reconstruction of the original Port Royal Habitation (1605), a French fur-trading post built by Samuel de Champlain and Sieur de Monts. The buildings form a rectangle around a courtyard, similar to farms in Normandy, France. Here, amidst the hardships of the New World, North America's first social club, the Order of Good Cheer, was founded by Champlain, and Canada's first theatrical presentation, |

Kejimkujik National Park |
Established in 1967, Kejimkujik National Park’s vast interior landscape covers 381 square kilometres of lush forest, slow moving streams and island-studded lakes, providing a taste of Nova Scotia’s imposing inland wilderness. The high level of rainfall is essential to streams, which flood regularly in the spring, and the numerous shallow lakes that sustain both wildlife and flora. For thousands of years, people have played their role from the Mi’kmaq, who hunted and fished in the park area, through the era of trappers, loggers and prospectors, who exploited the land’s resources, to the present-day conservationists, who seek to preserve the park’s natural beauty for future generations |
