For all of your sporting events the Mid Valley Motel, with its 58 units, is the place to accommodate your association's tournaments, try outs or competitions.

Under new ownership, the property is transformed into an attractive, comfortable, inviting location, which is a credit to the community as well as the Tourist industry of Nova Scotia. We now have a 3 star rating.

Our licensed dining room seats 100 and is open Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm. As well we have a coffee shop, lounge, tavern, laundromat, and outdoor swimming pool adjacent to our children's play park.

Teams are offered special group rates. For reservations over 15 rooms, we supply a complimentary room for the coach or manager. Our rates are $79.00 per room, based on 4 people per room. This equals out to the very affordable cost of $19.75 per person.

Our property is conveniently located at 121 Main Street in Middleton. We are only 15 minutes from the Bridgetown Arena, 10 minutes from the Kingston Arena and approximately 12 minutes from the Greenwood Arena.
